Group lessons into units and lay out each one from rich text, media, and exercises, with a live learner preview beside you as you write.
A reusable library
Keep every word, phrase, and note in one place. Lessons and exercises point at it, so fixing an entry once fixes it everywhere it is used.
Self-grading exercises
Multiple choice, listening, matching, word order, and more. Each reads its answer straight from your library, so content and grading never drift apart.
Local and offline
Your course lives in a folder on your computer, media included. No account, no cloud, and no connection needed to work on it.
Your courses are yours
A course is not locked inside Asakiri. It is a folder of small, documented files in an open format, so your work stays portable, readable, and independent of any one tool or company.
An open, documented format
Every course is plain JSON in a published, versioned format with open schemas. Any editor, validator, or learner app can read it, today or years from now.
You choose the license
You hold the rights to what you write. License your course however you want, from all rights reserved to fully open, and change your mind later.
Share it any way you like
Send the folder, put it in a repository, hand it to a colleague, or publish it. There is no platform in the middle and no gatekeeper deciding who may use it.
No lock-in
Studio is open source under MPL-2.0 and the format schemas are Apache-2.0. If Asakiri went away tomorrow, your courses would still open and still be yours.
